Do you manage others?  If so, when an employee has completed a training assignment, what expectations do you have regarding their application of the skills learned and the expected performance improvement ?

Outcomes Today design techniques include what we call Sustainability Guides™,   a tool geared to providing the immediate supervisor keys to those expectations, along with a means to evaluate the application of those behaviors crucial to driving performance.  When completed these then become excellent feedback (Level 3) for the effectiveness of the training initiative.
